The Doctors at Life Acupuncture

Lisa found her passion for TCM from an early age.  Her grandfather was a renown TCM doctor in Burma.  Being brought up in an environment of such, it spiked her interest for helping others as she'd always witnessed the magic of TCM.  Lisa graduated at the top of her class both for the master and the doctoral programs.  She also received a full scholarship to pursue her PhD in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Her specialties are internal medicine, pediatrics, women's health, digestive issues, pain management, neurology, fertility, immune system disorders, emotional imbalance (depression), PTSD (Post-traumatic stress disorder), and facial rejuvenation.  She is a gifted practitioner who utilizes her sensitivity and energy reading in her sessions.  Lisa will tailor to patient's needs and customize a perfect treatment plan to get the best results in the shortest amount of time.  She has many years of Tui Na experience that will have you feeling extraordinary after every session.

 

Lisa is from Chao Zhou, Eastern part of Canton, China, but grew up in San Francisco. She is fluent both in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Daniel graduated with a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Five Branches University, in San Jose, California. He previously received his Masters of Science of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences, in Oakland, California, and he is currently a PhD candidate at Zhejiang Traditional Chinese Medicine University, in Hangzhou, China. Daniel has went on to study Master Tung's extra points system which expanded his applications of acupuncture for both acute and chronic pain, and chronic diseases.  He has also studied with Dr. Huang Huang for the modern applications of Classical Chinese medicine. 

 

Daniel is proud to utilize everything that Chinese medicine has to offer in its 2,000 year history in every treatment that he provides. He specializes in acupuncture and the associated methods, he has studied in depth for Chinese herbs and their applications for internal medicine, and he has completed courses in Ba Zi 4 Pillar, and Zi Wu Purple Star traditions of Chinese geomancy.   With the training in Chinese geomancy, Daniel is able to give a more complete outlook and prognosis for the patients that he treats.

 

Chinese medicine isn't just a healing modality to Daniel, but it is also a lifestyle and a world view.  

Henry received his Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Five Branches University, and previously received his Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  He interned at Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University, in Hangzhou, China.  

Henry's area of interests include pain, musculoskeletal disorders, allergy specialization, auricular acupuncture and diagnosis, and working with the clients and
educating them towards optimal health.  Henry is particularly attentive with his patient interactions and applies a very gentle style of treatment.
